We are a meal prep company that focuses on Auto immune protocol. Everything is ready to be cooked for you to enjoy! The menu planning, shopping, prepping, cooking and most of the cleanup is done!! The meals are free of gluten, soy, sugar, corn, nuts, seeds, eggs, nightshades. Most meals are dairy free but there are some that have goat dairy in them.
