Welcome to Wood & Sliver. I like to find the beauty in the old to create something new. One look at my art and you will notice each piece is unique due to the various pieces I use. I also use other discarded objects in some of my pieces such as old gears, dials, knobs, hardware, games/toy pieces, records, etc. I'm inspired by items I find and create art based on that. Along with this wide variety of components, art is created by using various paints, pens, assemblage and wood burning. By rescuing interesting pieces, old wood and other people’s “junk,” I try not to just make art, but also to preserve little pieces of history.
